ZNEXT is seeking a CEO for one of its portfolio companies in the Future of Work space, soon to launch on the market.

You will lead anything related Comms and community, combining your experience with a contest that will constantly evolve at the light speed and in an industry that will face deep revolution in the next few years through new technologies.

You’ll work closely with our Venture Architect to identify promising markets and co-validate high-potential business opportunities. Once a validated opportunity is identified, it will be spun out into an independent company — with you stepping in as Co-Founder.

You'll work across both our Venture Building and M&A divisions, gaining exposure to every stage of the investment and company-building lifecycle. You will be directly involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives.

You'll support both the Venture Building and the M&A division with research, analysis, and strategic project execution. You will work closely with senior team members and portfolio companies, developing skills that are highly valued in investment banking, private equity, and start-up ecosystems.
